1. Delivery Areas & Schedule
We currently offer local delivery to select zip/postal codes.

Delivery Days: Monday through Sunday.

Delivery Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be scheduled for the following day.
2. Delivery Fees

Standard Delivery: $4.99 for all orders.

Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on all orders over $50.00.
3. Order Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is packed and on its way, you will receive a text message or email notification with a real-time tracking link so you can follow your delivery driver.
4. Freshness & Quality Guarantee
We transport all perishable items (meat, dairy, produce, and frozen goods) in temperature-controlled bags to ensure they arrive fresh and safe at your door.
5. Unattended Deliveries
If you are not home at the time of delivery, our driver will leave your items at your front door or with your building's concierge, provided you gave consent during checkout.
Note: Complete Grocery is not responsible for the spoilage or theft of items left unattended after a successful delivery.
